01
WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance target
This website targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We aim to meet all applicable success criteria relating to perceivability, operability, understandability, and robustness across the CSBAA website and member portal.
02
AODA compliance
As an Ontario-based organization, CSBAA commits to meeting the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), including the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR). This includes accessible information and communications, accessible design in procurement, and accommodation in training delivery.
03
Digital accessibility
We use readable typography, structured headings, clear contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA minimums, consistent navigation, accessible form patterns with appropriate labelling, and plain-language content throughout the website. Documents made available for download will be reviewed for accessibility on a rolling basis.
04
Program access and accommodation
Participants who require accessibility-related accommodations are encouraged to contact CSBAA at least 10 business days before a cohort, event, or registration deadline so we can assess and arrange appropriate support. CSBAA makes reasonable efforts to accommodate diverse learning needs within program delivery constraints.
05
French-language services
CSBAA recognizes Canada's bilingual character and is committed to developing French-language program delivery options. At present, programs are delivered in English. Organizations or individuals requiring French-language delivery are invited to contact membership@ciai.ca to discuss available options and planned timelines.
06
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. CSBAA reviews this statement annually and following material changes to the website or program delivery infrastructure. Identified gaps are tracked and addressed within our operational planning cycle.
07
Feedback and barrier reporting
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website or in a CSBAA program, please contact accessibility@ciai.ca. Include a description of the barrier, the page or program it relates to, and your preferred contact method. We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days and respond with a proposed resolution.
