Refund & Cancellation Policy

CSBAA applies practical cancellation, transfer, and rescheduling guidelines to public registrations, member cohorts, and membership fees.

Public registrations

Individuals registered for public cohorts or workshops may be eligible for transfer, rescheduling, credit, or partial refund depending on timing, administrative commitments, and whether preparation or seat allocation costs have already been incurred.

Member training cohorts

Custom member organization programs are scheduled based on agreed planning, instructor time, and program preparation. Rescheduling, cancellation, or deposit treatment for private cohorts is confirmed during scoping or contracting.

Membership fees

Annual membership fees are non-refundable after the first 30 days of the membership term. Members may contact the membership team to discuss exceptional circumstances.

Non-attendance and substitutions

Where practical, CSBAA may permit substitutions, transfers to a later cohort, or administrative credit rather than cancellation, particularly for employer-sponsored participation. Options depend on the nature of the offering and notice provided.
