An accessible, hands-on introduction to AI productivity tools for technology, product, and operations team members. Participants learn to use AI to accelerate research, improve technical documentation, draft internal communications, and handle recurring team writing tasks more efficiently.

By the end of this level, participants will be able to:

  • Apply AI coding assistants to accelerate routine development tasks including boilerplate generation, documentation, and code review
  • Draft technical documentation, API references, and internal specs using AI tools with measurable time savings
  • Identify the appropriate and inappropriate uses of AI in a technology team context, including data privacy and IP considerations
