CSBAA events, summits & committee meetings

From the national conference to hands-on workshops and committee working sessions, CSBAA events are where Canada's AI training community gathers to learn, connect, and shape the profession. In-person events are held in Burlington and Markham, Ontario.

Flagship event — 2027

2027 CSBAA National Conference

January 22–23, 2027·CSBAA Training Centre, 945 Syscon Rd, Burlington, ON

Canada's dedicated gathering for AI training, workforce development, and organizational capability — deliberately kept small. Two days at the CSBAA Training Centre in Burlington, capped at 90 attendees so every session stays interactive and every conversation is with a practitioner, not a crowd. All meals catered on site; free parking; five minutes from the QEW.

Annual Conference

CSBAA's flagship national gathering — keynotes, sessions, networking, and member recognition, hosted at the Burlington Training Centre.

Industry Summits

Sector-specific half-day events bringing together practitioners and leaders in healthcare, technology, finance, and other industries.

Regional Roundtables

Smaller, facilitated gatherings for members in a city or region to share insights, challenges, and practices.

Committee Meetings

Regular working sessions for Programs, Policy, Membership, and Events committees — held virtually and open to member participants.

Public Workshops

Hands-on events at the CSBAA Training Centre in Burlington, open to members and the public and aligned with CSBAA certification topics.
